monto I remember that day they filmed that video as well, I was working at Tate and Lyles at the time, on the river jetty, wondered what was going on with the apache helicopters going over and landing at the gas works

I saw Gimme Danger by Jim Jarmusch last Friday night.

This is a doc about Iggy Pop and The Stooges...I would recommend it too...I always enjoy listening to Mr Osterbergs drool...

Remember Liam popped into the Prince of Wales, Custom House whilst Oasis had been filming the "you know what I mean" video.

Yep, Noel is a fucking mingepiece, and Liam is a top man when you meet them without a camera in their boat.

Yeah enjoyed it.... loved it when Noel said to Liam...

"Look if you want to smash ferries up go and support West ham"

Re: Supersonic - Oasis film
Watched it. Good film.. Confirmed my suspicions that Liam is defiantly quite funny and lives by his own rules and Noel is jealous of him and a bit of a nasty sod who revels in being famous/powerful etc. Liam was a rock star from day one and Noel wasn't comfortable with it until it was proven and he had the cash to back it up.

The pub was called the overdraft pub(there is one in East Ham still) but was short lived.

The bloke that shot the bouncer has never been caught.

REM played at Borderline as Bingo Hand Job. 1991? The bootleg CASSETTE used to be worth a small fortune. (Fucking hell, I'm old.)
